Skylyne Radio Pop started broadcasting on August 29th, 2004 under the name KBUZ, Duluth's Finest. We spun a blend of Hip Hop, Metal and Rock. In 2006, we decided to change formats and names. We changed to an 80's Pop station, playing 80's Pop, Rock, Disco and R&B. The name of the new station was 80's Party Machine. In 2011, 80's Party Machine became the #1 80's station on the Live365 Radio Network, averaging 100k in monthly total listener hours. We felt that we needed to increase our playlist, so in late 2014, we added 90's Pop, Rock and R&B into rotation. And in an effort to not confuse listeners, we changed the name of our station to Skylyne Radio Pop. I hope you like the station and come back often!!
